INTEURO Profession – participation rules

Check who can participate in the project, how recruitment works and where to get help with your application.

The “INTEURO Profession – a programme for the professional and social activation of foreigners” project offers free support to non-EU foreigners who want to develop their professional competencies, learn Polish and prepare more effectively for employment in Poland.

On this page, you will find the most important information about participation in the project, together with a link to the participation rules. The rules specify the recruitment process, conditions of participation, available forms of support, and the rights and responsibilities of participants.

The activities are implemented as part of the public task entitled “INTEURO Profession – a programme for the professional and social activation of foreigners”, carried out under the Ministerial Activation Programme for Foreigners for 2026.

Who can apply to participate in the project?

• a citizen of a third country, meaning a person from outside the EU, EFTA and Switzerland,

• a person who does not hold Polish citizenship,

• a person who is at least 15 years old,

• a person who is legally residing in Poland,

• a person who needs support in their professional, language or social development.

Who is the project intended for?

The project is intended for third-country nationals, meaning foreigners from outside the European Union, EFTA and Switzerland, who are legally residing in Poland and want to navigate the Polish labour market more effectively.

Support is available to jobseekers, people who want to change careers, school students and graduates, university students, people with limited knowledge of Polish, women returning to the labour market, people with disabilities and young foreigners preparing for their first job.

What support will be available?

Project participants will be able to benefit from various forms of assistance adapted to their needs, experience and professional plans.

The project includes:

• competency assessment and career counselling,

• vocational training, including “E-commerce Start” and “Integrated career pathway: customer service and digital process support”,

• practical workshops, including tailoring and green area maintenance,

• Polish language courses and conversation meetings,

• anti-stress workshops and the “Work Culture – functioning in the Polish workplace” training course,

• consultations on labour rights, social organisations and forms of association.

How can you apply to participate in the project?

A person interested in participating may contact the INTEURO team by telephone, e-mail or through the project website. At the beginning, it is enough to briefly describe your situation and ask about the available forms of support.

The project team will help determine whether you meet the participation requirements, which documents will be needed and which form of support will be most appropriate for you.

Participation in the project is free of charge.

The project is implemented by the Integration Europe – East Association in partnership with the University of the National Education Commission, Krakow – Institute of Law, Economics and Administration, the LEX Generalis Foundation, the Hope for the Family Association and MassInternet.
