“E-commerce Start” training begins at the INTEURO Centre in Kielce
The first sessions of the free “E-commerce Start” course took place on 17–18 October 2026 at the INTEURO Centre in Kielce. Experts from MassInternet are delivering training in online sales, customer service, marketing and digital tools as part of the INTEURO Profession project.
On the weekend of 17–18 October 2026, the free course “E-commerce Start – preparing for work in online sales and digital services” began at the INTEURO Centre in Kielce. The first two days opened a course focused on the skills needed to manage online sales, communicate with customers and use digital tools.
The training was organised as part of the public task “INTEURO Profession – a programme supporting the employment and social participation of foreign nationals”, implemented by the Europe–East Integration Association. The initiative helps foreign nationals develop skills useful in the Polish labour market.
Skills needed in online sales
Online sales involve a range of everyday tasks: processing orders, answering customer questions, preparing offers and promoting products. The full course combines these areas with learning to use digital tools that can support work in retail and services.
The course covers:
- E-commerce basics – how online shops and sales platforms work, and the stages of order fulfilment.
- Customer service – communication, answering questions and providing order updates.
- Offers and sales content – preparing clear descriptions of products and services.
- Online marketing – the basics of promoting products and services on the internet.
- Digital tools and AI – using artificial intelligence in sales, marketing and content creation.
The course is delivered by experts from the marketing agency MassInternet, who share their knowledge of online sales, marketing and digital tools.
Thank you to everyone who took part in the first weekend of training!
