Communicating with customers, processing orders, maintaining records and using digital tools are skills valued by many businesses. Would you like to prepare for these tasks or change your career direction? Join our free retraining course “Integrated career pathway: customer service and digital process support (digital service & e-commerce support)”. The course will be delivered to one training group.
The course is organised as part of the public initiative “INTEURO Profession – a programme for the vocational and social activation of foreign nationals”, financed by the Labour Fund under the Ministerial Activation Programme for Foreign Nationals for 2026. We help participants develop skills relevant to the Polish labour market.

Practical skills for new tasks
The programme combines customer service, office organisation and the basics of online sales support. You will explore tasks commonly performed in customer service departments, sales support teams and online stores.
- Customer communication: learn how to communicate face to face and over the phone, and respond to emails and messages on messaging platforms.
- Handling enquiries and orders: learn how to support customers during and after a purchase.
- Documentation and office work: find out how to organise information, maintain records and manage everyday tasks.
- Digital tools: discover solutions that support communication, work planning and customer service.
- E-commerce processes: learn the basics of order processing and supporting the day-to-day operations of an online store.
The course will be led by experts from the experienced marketing agency MassInternet, who will share practical knowledge of customer service, online sales and the use of digital tools.
A certificate to strengthen your CV
The course will conclude with an assessment of the knowledge and skills you have acquired. Upon completion, you will receive a certificate confirming your newly acquired skills. You can include the course in your CV and discuss it during a job interview to demonstrate your readiness to take on new tasks.
Who is it for?
We welcome foreign nationals from outside the EU who live in Poland and want to gain skills useful in customer service, office work and digital process support. The course is designed for people starting their careers, planning to move into a different sector or looking to build on their existing experience.
