Speaking Polish with Confidence at Work and in Everyday Life — Conversation Classes Begin in the INTEURO Profession Project

On 2 October 2026 at the INTEURO Centre in Kielce, we launched Polish conversation classes as part of the INTEURO Profession project. The first session brought together foreign nationals who want to improve their Polish to prepare for employment or expand their career opportunities.

The opening session marked the start of a series focused on speaking practice and gradually overcoming language barriers. The classes are tailored to participants’ needs, including those connected with their career plans.

From more confident conversations to greater independence

The conversation classes aim to help participants communicate more effectively at work and handle everyday matters independently, including visits to public offices. They cover general communication and vocabulary used in specific industries, adapted to the group’s needs. The goal is to build fluency and confidence in using Polish in a range of situations.

A better command of Polish can make it easier to find employment, take on new responsibilities or apply for a job that better matches your skills. It also offers a chance to make fuller use of previous experience. This is why language learning in INTEURO Profession goes hand in hand with developing vocational skills and preparing for the Polish labour market.
