The “INTEURO Profession – a programme for the professional and social activation of foreigners” project has been launched
The new project supports foreigners in developing professional competencies, learning Polish and actively entering the labour market.
The Integration Europe – East Association has begun implementing the public task entitled “INTEURO Profession – a programme for the professional and social activation of foreigners”. The project responds to the needs of foreigners who want to develop their competencies, navigate the Polish labour market more effectively and participate more actively in social life.
The activities are being implemented under the open call for proposals “Together We Can Do More”, conducted as part of the Ministerial Activation Programme for Foreigners for 2026. The public task has been financed from the Labour Fund.
The project provides comprehensive, practical and cross-sectoral support for foreigners. Its main objective is to strengthen the professional and social activity of participants by combining educational, advisory, language, vocational and integration activities.
The “INTEURO Profession” project includes:
• competency assessment and individual career support,
• training courses and practical workshops preparing participants for employment,
• Polish language learning and professional language training,
• conversation meetings and integration activities,
• counselling on employment rights and social participation,
• support in joining organisations that work for employees and protect their rights.
An important element of the project is the practical preparation of foreigners for functioning on the labour market. Participants will be able to receive support adapted to their experience, needs, language abilities and professional plans.
The project is implemented by the Integration Europe – East Association in partnership with the University of the National Education Commission, Krakow – Institute of Law, Economics and Administration, the LEX Generalis Foundation, the Hope for the Family Association and MassInternet.
Through cooperation between social, academic and business partners, the project combines different perspectives: practical vocational preparation, education, counselling, legal support and information activities. This makes it possible to create a support pathway that responds to the actual needs of foreigners and the local labour market.
Project activities will be carried out in Kielce, Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski, Pińczów, Rżuchów and Krakow, among other locations, as well as through online tools. The project is intended for foreigners who are legally residing in Poland and want to develop their professional, language and social competencies.
Participation in the project is free of charge. Recruitment information and details of the available forms of support will be published on the project website and through the INTEURO information channels.
