E-commerce Start – join our free training and gain skills for work in online sales
Would you like to work in online sales, communicate confidently with customers and use AI in practice? Join our free four-day E-commerce Start course for foreign nationals on 17–18 and 24–25 October 2026. After completing the training, you will receive a certificate confirming the skills you have gained.
Online sales involve more than just listing products in a store. They also include processing orders, communicating with customers, preparing offers and working with digital tools every day. Would you like to develop skills that will help you with these tasks? Join our free training course “E-commerce Start – Preparing for Work in Online Sales and Digital Services”.
The training is organised as part of the public task “INTEURO Profession – a programme for the professional and social activation of foreign nationals”, financed by the Labour Fund under the Ministerial Activation Programme for Foreign Nationals for 2026. We support participants in developing skills that are useful in the Polish labour market.
Gain practical skills for work
During the training, you will learn the basics of online sales and explore tasks involved in running an online store and serving customers online. You will discover how to prepare sales content and use tools that make everyday work easier.
- Online sales: you will learn how online stores and e-commerce platforms work, as well as the different stages of order fulfilment.
- Customer service: you will learn how to answer questions, provide order updates and communicate with customers.
- Offers and sales content: you will learn how to create clear product and service descriptions and attractive offers.
- Online marketing: you will learn the basics of promoting products and services online.
- Digital tools and AI: you will explore ways to use artificial intelligence in sales, marketing and content creation.
The training will be delivered by experts from the experienced marketing agency MassInternet, who will share practical knowledge of online sales, marketing and the use of digital tools.
A certificate to strengthen your CV
The training will conclude with an assessment of the knowledge and skills you have gained. On completion, you will receive a certificate confirming your newly acquired skills. You can include the training in your CV and refer to it when speaking with a potential employer to demonstrate your readiness for new responsibilities.
Who is it for?
We welcome foreign nationals living in Poland who want to develop their skills in online sales and digital services. The course is designed for people planning their first career steps, looking for a new direction or seeking to build on their existing skills.

- Duration: 4 days, totalling 32 academic hours.
- Participation: free of charge.
- Completion: a knowledge and skills assessment, followed by a certificate.
