Your Career Path Starts with a Good Diagnosis – Free Career Counselling Is Underway in Kielce
Not sure which direction to take your career in Poland? Would you like to change profession, make better use of your previous experience or choose training that matches your abilities? Individual career counselling is currently underway in Kielce as part of the “INTEURO Profession” project. Places are limited – it is worth applying now.
Free individual career counselling for foreigners is already underway in Kielce as part of the “INTEURO Profession” project. The first participants are already meeting with career counsellors, discussing their experience, plans and opportunities, and working together to identify the best direction for their further professional development.
Moving to a new country often means having to find your place in a new labour market as well. Sometimes it is difficult to decide how to use previous experience, whether to change profession, improve your qualifications or choose new training. In situations like these, individual career counselling and creating your own career path can be particularly helpful.
The support is provided as part of the public task entitled “INTEURO Profession – a programme for the professional and social activation of foreigners”, implemented under the Departmental Programme for the Activation of Foreigners for 2026 “Together We Can Do More”.
A meeting with a career counsellor is first and foremost a conversation about you – your experience, skills, strengths and plans. Together, you can consider what kind of job to look for, which skills to develop and which next steps may improve your chances of finding employment in Poland.
During career counselling, you can, among other things:
• review your previous experience and skills,
• better identify your strengths and professional opportunities,
• discuss changing profession or choosing a new direction for development,
• select training or another form of support suited to your needs,
• plan your next professional steps together with a career counsellor.
Career counselling is available both to people who are looking for their first job in Poland and to those who already have professional experience but would like to change sectors, return to the labour market after a break or make better use of experience gained previously – including outside Poland.
The aim is not for someone else to decide which profession you should choose. The counsellor’s role is to help you organise your situation, identify possible directions and jointly prepare a plan that is realistic and tailored to your individual circumstances.
Other forms of support are also available within the project, including vocational training, practical workshops, activities developing digital skills and Polish language courses. Career counselling can help you decide which opportunities are worth using first.

Individual meetings are held in Kielce and participation is free of charge. Recruitment is still open, but the number of places is limited, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.

The project is implemented by the Integration Europe – East Association in partnership with the University of the National Education Commission in Krakow – Institute of Law, Economics and Administration, the LEX Generalis Foundation, the Nadzieja Rodzinie Association and MassInternet.
