Looking for work, considering a career change or hoping to feel more confident in a Polish workplace? We have prepared the “Career Start Roadmap in Poland – INTEURO Profession”, a practical guide to taking part in our project.
The guide helps you prepare for a conversation with the project team. For each type of support, it explains what you can gain and what to do next. This makes it easier to choose activities that match your needs and experience.
Three areas of your development
Career
Skills assessment, digital training, vocational workshops, work placements and preparation for work.
Language
Polish courses, meetings and conversation clubs, plus support with exam preparation.
Workers’ organisations
Workers’ rights, consultations on joining and setting up organisations, visits and meetings.
The publication also explains advice and help with translating selected documents confirming your education, qualifications and experience. It shows how to get to know workers’ and community organisations and become involved in their activities.
Who is the project for?
Support is free and intended for people who do not hold Polish citizenship, are at least 15 years old and are legally staying in Poland. It is available to those looking for work, changing careers or adapting their skills to the labour market, including school pupils and graduates, university students and people with limited Polish language skills.
Plan your next step
Read the guide, choose the types of support that interest you and complete the planning worksheet on the last page. Then contact the project team to discuss dates, eligibility and available places.

The guide is one of the educational materials prepared as part of the public task “INTEURO Profession – programme for the professional and social activation of foreign nationals”. The project helps foreign nationals develop the skills needed to enter the labour market, work effectively and continue their professional and social development.
The project is delivered by the Europe-East Integration Association in partnership with the University of the National Education Commission in Krakow – Institute of Law, Economics and Administration, the General Law Foundation, the Hope for the Family Association and Mass Internet.
Participation in the project is free of charge. Information about current and upcoming support is published on the project website.
The project runs until 31 December 2026.
