Customer service and digital process support – first days of training completed

Starting a new job, taking on different responsibilities or entering the Polish job market can all mean learning new skills. INTEURO Profession helps people develop them. Take a look at the photos from our customer service and digital tools training.

On Saturday and Sunday, 3–4 October 2026, the INTEURO Centre in Kielce hosted the opening sessions of a new vocational training course. The training was led by MassInternet, a partner in the INTEURO Profession project.

Participants are attending the free course “Integrated career pathway: customer service and digital process support (digital service & e-commerce support)”. Its aim is practical: to prepare people for everyday tasks in businesses where working with customers goes hand in hand with processing orders, maintaining records and using digital tools.

Here is a look at how the course began — browse the photos from the first two days.

From a conversation to a completed order

Good customer service brings several skills together. It means understanding what a customer needs, communicating clearly and following through on their request. That is why the course covers communication, work organisation and support for online sales. These skills complement one another in everyday work.

More sessions and learning opportunities lie ahead for the group. Thank you to everyone who joined us for the first weekend, and to the MassInternet team for leading the training. See you again at the INTEURO Centre!
